1. The service
Tradevo Data provides point-in-time U.S. equity fundamentals derived from public SEC EDGAR filings, delivered via API and file download. By subscribing or using an API key, you agree to these terms.
2. License & acceptable use
Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the data for your own internal or commercial analysis. You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, or publish the dataset in bulk; (b) exceed your plan's request quota or attempt to circumvent rate limits; (c) share, sell, or expose your API key; or (d) use the service to build a competing data-redistribution product. One API key per subscription.
3. Source data
Underlying filings are U.S. SEC EDGAR public-domain data. Our processing, point-in-time stamping, and compilation are proprietary to Tradevo Technologies Inc.
4. No warranty
The data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify against primary filings before relying on the data.
5. Not investment advice
Tradevo Data provides information only. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice, and we do not recommend any security or strategy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradevo Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Billing & cancellation
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms (including scraping or key-sharing). Cancellation deactivates your API key.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
